Do you Ship internationally?

The majority of our products are shipped from Canada, although some items are shipped from locations closer to where orders are ordered from. We have strategically partnered with select suppliers to minimize shipping times and costs, while ensuring we maintain high-quality products and excellent customer service.

How long is the delivery time?

Our items are processed within 3-5 days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the order. Customized items may take a bit longer; however, we will work closely with our customers to expedite the processing time.

Once the order is completed, shipping typically takes between 3-7 days. We offer a variety of shipping options for customers who wish to receive their items more quickly.

What shipping methods are availabe?

Our standard shipping method is Ground service delivery through local carriers. However, we offer various shipping options for purchase for customers seeking expedited delivery.

How can I track my order?

Shipping details will be provided for each order upon completion of production. We will also track all orders and keep customers updated until the order is received.


Payment

Do you offer discounts?

We offer promotions and sales from time to time,  make sure that you register to ensure that our sales and promotions are not missed.  We also have Exclusive sales for repeat customers.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED? 

We currently accept all Major Credits card and debit options.

When and how can I get my bill/invoice?

Invoices will be emailed to the account associated with each order once payment has been completed. If you have any further questions or did not receive your invoice, please email us at info@doddledapparel.ca.

Can I pay in installments?

No, all payments must be made at the time of order. Payment instalments are not available at this time.


Order & returns

Is it possible to returned ordered items?

Items can be returned only in the case of manufacturer issues. Most of our products are made to order or customized, with the customer having approved the apparel type and design prior to production. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied and will work closely with them on any product-related issues. For all return or exchange inquiries, please email us at returns@doodledapparel.ca.

HOW CAN I Change OR Cancel MY ORDER? 

For all non-customized orders, customers have 24 hours to change or update their order. Order cancellations are not accepted; however, we will issue a full credit towards a future order.

For custom-made orders, no changes will be allowed once the final design has been approved by the customer.
